This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all paid Services offered by IAS PCS Factory through www.iaspcsfactory.com (“Website”). By purchasing any course or service from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
You may request cancellation of any course or Service within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellation requests after this timeframe will not be eligible except under special conditions at our discretion.
To request cancellation, please email support@iaspcsfactory.com with your order details including name, email, course name, date of purchase, and transaction ID.
Refunds will be considered only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same course or Service.
Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver access to the course or Service you paid for within 7 days of purchase.
All other refund requests will not be entertained, including change of mind or inability to attend the course after accessing content.
Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Refunds typically take up to 10–15 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or financial institutions.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Course or content accessed or partially completed
Failure to attend live/recorded classes after enrollment
Technical issues from the user’s side (e.g., device/internet)
To initiate a refund, you must:
Send a written request to support@iaspcsfactory.com within the applicable time frame mentioned above.
Include your full name, email address, course name, transaction ID, and the reason for refund.
Incomplete requests may not be processed.
Any payment gateway charges or bank fees incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refundable amount as permitted by law.
Refund amounts will be calculated after deduction of such fees where applicable.
IAS PCS Factory reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a new effective date.
